A complete guide to the -current- Oracle Think Tank By Rarikou
The Portfolio – How OTT's work.
The Oracle's aren't the fastest of decks out there a nd tend to strive for late game game wins. Every clan has their own little 'trick' that makes them noteworthy. For example, Gold Paladins have calling from the deck to keep a full field, Kageros can snipe out other units. Oracle Think Tanks. Well, they live up to their name. They are Oracles... and they require thought. What does this mean? It means they have effects that let them know whats coming. The Tsukiyomi ride chain, among others, let's you look at the top cards of your deck, and place them in the back without shuffling, so you KNOW what's coming. Even better, you can use that knowledge against your opponent. Bluffing two critical triggers when you have nothing, or springing 2 crits always keeps your enemy on your toes.
Another important factor of this deck is drawing. Theres a bunch of draw triggers, and a plethora of effects from cards like Luck Bird and Psychic Bird, Dark Cat, Goddess of the Full Moon... the list goes on and on. In a game where defense = life, you need all the cards you can get.
Where the sun shines- CEO Amaterasu
Before the other contenders existed, Amaterasu was the top spot (or rather, the only spot) in OTTs, and the boss Card, CEO Amaterasu, makes apparences in Tsukiyomi decks. She soul charges every turn, then looks at a card. You van decide to put it at the top or the bottom. That's excellent when trigger searching, or getting a needed card in your hamd
Amaterasu has also claimed the Crossride of OTT's- Goddess of the Sun, Amaterasu. This card was close to becoming worth it... but sadly it fails. Only run this deck if.... well, you dont like the others I suppose.
Underneath the Light of the Moon- The Tsukiyomi Chain
Even with the Rise of Coco, Tsukiyomi is still the most powerful version of the Oracle Think Tanks. Each counterpart of the Ride chain allows you to look at the top 5 cards of your deck, and superior ride the next in line. Succeed or fail, your allowed to put the cards in the bottom of your deck in any order. In ANY order. This is the reason Tsukiyomi is and always will be the best ride chain in the game. Even if you fail, you can hold back another turn to try again at increased chances next time. Completing the ride chain then lets you know at MINIMUM the bottom 15 cards of your deck.
Upon getting the ride chain up to Goddess of the Half moon, you're allowed to soul charge two. This is Vital for Goddess of the Full moon, as her ability requires a total of six cards in the soul to utilize. Full Moon's skill let's you draw 2 cards, then place a card from your hand into the soul at the cost of counter-blasting 2. Its an [ACT] skill, so you can do this as many times as your resources allow. As long as the ride chain is complete, she gains +1 k, making her an 11 k beater, and is thus easier for her to breach 18 k- which in a battle against a cross ride like Kagero's feared Dragonic Overlord The End, will force either a second guard or a 10 k.
Another Boss Monster for this deck is CEO Amaterasu. This is a choice for when you've exhausted your resources with Full moon. At every Main Phase, you Soul Charge 1 and check the top card of your deck, and move it to either the top or the bottom. That means upon drive checking, that Silent Tom is coming to your hand, or a critical trigger you wanted to blast your opponent with. A fun little mind game is putting something useless on the top, and watch your opponent bug out deciding weather or not to use that perfect guard, or over guard. As a plus, Amaterasu gains +4k as long as there are 4 cards in your hand. In this deck that's a more or less free boost, as its a continous effect. Meaning as long as you have 2 cards in your hand and drive check 2, you're set.
Polar Opposite Sisters- The Lore Between Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu
This is just a little side thing, and is not really necessary for the guide... but people mention that Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu are in mythology, but never go into detail... I'd thought i'd do that for you guys right quick, Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu were born at the same time when the God of Creation, Izanagi, came back after an escapade in the underworld, and he had to cleanse himself in pure waters. As he washed his eyes, Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi were born. Amaterasu was considered to be incredibly beautiful. So beautiful that she deserved to shine over mankind for eternity. Tsukiyomi was also deserving of the title, but she was less radiant as her sister, so they set times in which to shine over the world. Amaterasu got the day, Tsukiyomi the night.
Sorry if you weren't interested in that, and I didn't really go into much detail... but I like mythology.
(in an interesting note, One of the newer cards, Sussanoo, is also based on this same mythology, being born just after Izanagi blew his nose)
The Scarlet Witch: Coco and the Soulless Option
Another Option With this Excellent clan is the Coco build. Tsukiyomi and Scarlet Witch, Coco are complete polar opposites. While Tsukiyomi gains power from the soul and late game abilities, Coco gains power from no soul and can be just as fast as other decks if you feel so inclined to do so. We;ll go into detail of her exact effects later on, but on her initial ride (assuming your using Little Witch, Lulu as your starter , which is almost a must) it's a +3 at the cost of CB 2, and +2 on the second ride. That can't be ignored, and a power bost that rivals a crossride with no soul is simply beauty.
Nuns of steel- The Balltle Sisters
With Grade thrree battle sisters now out, I can safely put this as a deck choice. The battle sisters is the most of aggressive out of the bunch. Power gains and effects gained from them. Cookie and Fromage are your choices as Boss VGS
Well, let's go into Details of Each Cards, Shall we?
Triggers: (minus stands because well.... no. just no)
Battle Sister, Chai (Heal Trigger)
Power 5000 Shield 10000
A standard Heal Trigger. Use only if Lozenge is unavailable.
Battle Sister, Ginger/ Oracle Guardian Nike
Power 5000 Shield 10000
A standard Crit. It's ok to run if you are planning to run over 4 crits, but Psychic bird should be your Priority Trigger
Battle Sister, Tiramisu/ Dream Eater/ Miracle Kid
Power 5000 Shield 5000
One of the many Draw Triggers. It's really preference onto what you use in Draw Triggers.
Lozenge Magus/ Sphere Mahus
Power 3000 Shield 10000
This card can truly shine in a Coco build- although even with it's effect, it's a 6k booster, but what makes it shine is that as long as it boosts, back into the deck it goes. Nothing is better than having heals in the deck, especial reusable ones. Obviously, this isn't much use in Tsukiyomi decks, because who wants a shuffled deck in a deck that requires you to know whats coming ?
Psychic Bird
Power 4000 Shield 10000
Our star trigger. Psychic Bird is highly valuable in any OTT deck.. An extra card is beauty. But it's that one nessacary in the soul needed to make 6 in the Tuski Ride Chain. It even combos well Coco builds. After you reride Coco for 2 cards, move him into the soul, draw a card. Then plop Luck Bird, soul blast 2, thats another card, and Coco is once again souless. That's what I call a profit. Defiantly run 4
Godhawk Ichibyoshi
Power 5000 Shield 10000
The ONLY starter for a Tsukiyomi deck., Godhawk lets you search the top 5 for Goddess of the Crescent Moon, Tsukiyomi and ride it. The real fun of this is youbegin stacking the deck immedatly. If you dont find the piece, then you've seen the bottom 5 cards of your deck, and youll know whats coming. 4 if you manage to ride her.
Little Witch, Lulu
Power 5000 Shield 10000
The Starter for Coco builds. This is the key to a +3. The second Coco is ridden (or any other Grade 3, but Coco is really ideal), Lulu retreats to a rearguard circle and gains her effect to Soul Blast 2 and draw a card. Since you can resolve effects in any order, Coco techinacally rode when her effect is gained, allowing you to CB for 2 cards. That's pure Beauty for you/
Battle Sister, Eclair
Power 4000 Shield 10000
A starter for all other types of decks, the most popular right now being Amaterasu Crossride. I never have any luck with this card.... but you might just get that Grade 3 that you sorely need
Battle Sister, Waffle
Power 5000 Shield 10000
With Battle Sister constantly gaining support, This is the card of choice, as it can pull out ANY card with Battle Sister in its name, and it gains a power boost.
Supple Bamboo princess, Kaguyahime
Power 4000 Shield 10000
I'm not a big fan of this, as it waste's space for better things, but it does gain unites that rare ability to hit over 21 k
Grade 1's
Battle Sister, Vanilla
Power 6000 Shield 5000
I wouldn't recommend using her. A 10 k shield is nice I suppose, but you have, at the very least, 8 of those. The 6k boost is below par as well
Battle Sister, Chocolat
Power 5000 Shield: 0
The Perfect Guard. In other worlds.... http://www.sodahead.com/entertainment/ryan-lochte-appears-on-30-rock-best-athlete-cameo/question-3240475/] " alt=""/>
Battle Sister, Cocoa
Power 6000 Shield 5000
An Oracle Card. Check the card, you don't like, too the bottom it goes. I dont like the sub-par 6k boost, but some prefer it.
Battle Sister, Cream
Power: 6000 Shield 5000
[Quote] Auto (R): (Soul Blast (1)) When this unit boosts a unit named "Battle Sister, Cookie", you may pay the cost. If you do, the boosted unit gets Power +5000 until the end of that battle. /[quote]
Hahaha. I get it, Bushiroad, Cookies and Cream. To this the day, the best ice cream in the world, screw all who say otherwisae. This card only gains its power if you run Battle Sister, Cookie. The soul blast is exceptional in a souless build if you dont want to use the birds, but it shows off its might in Tsuki as well.
If you do get off her effect though... that's an 11 k booster. Couple with Cookies power.... yikes.
Battle Sister, Maple
Power 6000 Shield 5000
If only this was 'when this unit boosts'a 10 k Attacker is good in some decks, mainly Zerg Rush decks, but not this deck, sadly
Battle Sister, Omelet
Power: 7000 Shield 5000
As useless as Maple, only with the No Soul Condition.... No.
Circle Magus
Power 7000 shield 5000
This card screams 'budget' A half Oracle, as you only know whats coming, which I suppose is great for Mind Games, and the 7k booster isn't that bad either. Run if you're on a budget.
Dark Cat
Power 7000 Shield 5000
This is a great card, but I see it misplayed a lot. Do NOT play Umbreo- Dark Cat until very late game, or your giving your opponet more resources. Late Game However, it wont matter if they gain an extra card- youll be forcing it to be a guard anyway
Emerald Witch, LaLa
Power 7000 Shield 5000
Hmm.... Lulu... Coco... Lala... I see a pattern~! This was clearly meant for Coco, and shes a good card cycler- toss that draw trigger you got for a shot at something better a great 7k booster as well.
Goddess of The Crescent Moon, Tsukiyomi
Power 7000 Shield 5000
Then second piece in the Tsuki Ride Chain. Search the top 5, ride the next piece. If you you draw her later game, shes still a 7k booster / guard, so shes never useless.
Luck Bird
Power 5000 Shield 5000
Haha, My good buddy, Luck Bird. This card is useful in either day, but he is a MVP in CoCo build decks that make plussing even more possible. After you reride CoCo for two cards, Add Psychic Bird to the soul for a card, then lay this Bad Bird down, soul blast 2, draw a card. End Result? 3 cards drawn, and CoCo is Souless once again.... Of course, this also works in a Tsuki Build, once you use up Full Moon's Cbs, toss these down for some extra cards
Moonsault Swallow
Power 6000 Shield 5000
Another Budget card that can maintain card advantage, as this bounces back to your hand to be used to guard
Oracle Guardian Gemini
Power 8000 Shield 5000
The Generic 8k booster thats a must for any deck. Run 3-4
Oracle Guardian Blue-Eye
Power 5000 Shield 5000
If this card had more power, it would murder in a Tsukiyomi Deck. Being able to send a trigger to your deck without shuffling is awesome... sadly, the power doesnt make it much of a threat.
Petal Fairy
Power 6000 Shield 5000
As with Blue Eye, more power would make her a bit better. Shes an on hit Emerald Witch, LaLa, meaning you can reuse her ability to cycle the deck faster. Run if you want to chance it,
Truth Watcher
Power 6000 Shield 5000
Weather Forecaster Miss Mist
Power 6000 Shield 5000
This card wanted to be Battle Sister Chocolat when it grew up, but shes the unwanted cast out. You wont draw her in time, and your starting hand should be reserved for more useful people
Weather Girl Milk
Power 6000 Shield 5000
This is a hit or miss card. A 10k booster is very valuable. Put behind Coco thats 23 k, which will force more shields against a cross ride like Dragonic Overlord the End) but it NEEDS to be behind a vg. Run if you want to run the risk of not getting her/ really want that 23 k
White Rabbit of Inaba
Power 6000 Shield 5000
With The Amaterasu Crossride coming, this guy may be seeing some use. Use this guy, toss CEO in the soul, and you have an instant crossride. Up to you wether to make use of that
Grade 2s
Battle Sister, Glace
Power 8000 Shield 5000
A good choice for a souless build. Cheap too. However, due to that no soul thing, people Run Mocha over her. Run if you are budgeting
Battle Sister, Macaroon
Power 9000 Shield 5000
Excellent if you are running a Battle Sister Build. Otherwise, don't run her.
Battle Sister, Mocha
Power 8000 Shield 5000
Battle Sister, Tart
Power 10000 Shield 5k
A 10k Beatstick. Run if you want.
Blue Scale Deer
Power 8000 Shield 5000
Eh.... if she had more power, she would be great in either build, but this card just doesn't any threat to it at all.
Faithful Angel
Power 7000 Shield 5000
This card is even worse than Blue Scale Deer, 7k? 7? REALLY NOW? Thats about as threating in the attacking circle as Lala. Don't run....ever
Fighting Priestess, Tagitsuhime
Power 9000 Shield 5000
This card was made for Tsuki and Amaterasu. 12 beatstick= yes. Yes yes yes yes yes. Run 3-4
Goddess of the Half Moon, Tsukiyomi
The third part of our little Tsuki Ride Chain, and is thus an important card, if not THE most important part of the chain, as she soul charges 2, which means after you ride full moon over her, you only need one in the soul. After using her effect to search for Full moon, assuming you rode every time, then you've seen the bottom 12 cards of your deck... more in the likely scenario that you didn't. Run 4
Maiden of Libra
Power 9000 Shield 5000
I suppose in a budget deck, shes alright... although you really need to be saving your CBS for other units.
Onmyoji of the Moonlit Night
Power 8000 Shield 5000
I'm fairly certain shes Mocha's twin in terms of usefulness. Some may argue that her effect isnt as good as some. I'll address that right now: Hard? THIS. IS. ORACLE THINK TANK! -kicks arguer down the well-. Really, we live and breathe hand advantage, so her effect is really easy. Run 3-4
Oracle Guardian Red-Eye
Power 9000 Shield 5000
A card of choice in the Tsuki deck, as hat soul charge not only gets that one needed in the soul, iltll cycle the deck a tiny bit. This card forces guard.
Oracle Guardian, Shisa
Power 7000 Shield 5000
See Faithful Angel
Promise Daughter
Power 9000 Shield 5000
Hmm... im on the fence with her. Discarding a card for power isn't really the Oracle Way, but a 14 k attacker without the boost isnt something to scoff at... run at your own risk.
Security Guardian
Power 9000 Shield 5000
a10k intercept saves on hand advantage sure... but frankly, with out incredibly big hands, we wont really need him.
Sword Dancer Angel
Power 8000 Shield 5000
If it gave more power, shed be a winner. Sadly, she doesnt, so dont run her.
Silent Tom
Power 8000 Shield 5000
Tom goes by many names. Some of these include 'OH GOD, WHY TOM' 'OH CRAP< IT'S TOM' 'NOT TOM, GET HIM AWAY FROM ME'
I'm 100 percent convinced Silent Tom is Mafia Hitman. He has 'Silent' in his name (assassin much?), hes got the italian suit and hat, hes got a lady behind him, and his fingers are GUNS. And like a Mafia Hitman, he hits incredibly hard. Tom wins games. So many games. So, So many games. The ability to stop 10 k shields in its tracks (he muscles them into being afraid, im sure) forces more guards. Put bhind a gemini, it hits for 16 k, against normal vanguards thats 2 g1s. If you drive a critacal, give everything to tommoy, because then hes at 21 k.- 3 g1s. Thats THREE cards the enemy has to drop
I see Tom misplayed a lot. Here are some tips. Tom is a Mafia Hitman, which means he needs to hit before hes hit (play him late game). The Tom is only as good as his possy (put something 8k behind him. I.E Gemini for maximum effectiveness) The Tom is very popular with his enemies. Sending him in too early is like having a red dot on your back the second you walk into a building. But its ok, tom has friends. (The second Tom hits the field, the opponet is going to want him dead. Guard the shit out of him, and he'll draw attacks that would have been previously aimed at the vg, so hes good fo decoy. Even better if you let him die, then call another from your hand)
-New- God of War, Susanno
Attack: 9000 Shield: 5000
An excellent choice if you're using an Amaterasu / Crossride deck. Put behind a gemini for a 20 k attack. Useless otherwise
Rock Witch,Gaga
Attack: 7000 Shield: 5000
This was clearly meant to be use in CoCo, and it WOULD have been an excellent choice if it wasn't for that horrendous 7k power.
Grade 3s
Battle Sister, Cookie.
Attack:10000
Whew, Cookie is definatly a choice for getting the power needed. Drawing card's isn't too bad either, but it's real power lies in support with Cream, which gives it an extra 5k
Battle Sister, Fromage
Attack: 10000
While Cookie is good, Fromage is who runs the show in an all sister deck. Drawing two cards is always lovely, and that power boots gained from all sisters is very, very nice
Battle Sister, Souflee
Attack: 10k
A rearguard of choice, being able to hit the 20 k mark eaily, and is a very viable choice in all decks. A definate run
CEO Amaterasu
Attack: 10000
Amaterasu has an always will be a big hitter. It a) lets you check the top card of your deck and allows you to decide if it can stay there or not, but it gains 4000 for having 4 cards in your hands. So as long as you have 2 cards when you drive check, it gains the 4000. It can hit for it's megapblast if you want it to, and remember you can draw UPTO five cards. If you're running low, you can always draw less. Either way, extra cards are pretty damn good late game.
Evil Eye Princess, Euryale
Attack: 10000
[quote]Auto: When this Unit appears in the Vanguard or Rearguard Circle and you have 6 or more "Oracle Think Tank" in your Soul, you can select 1 card in your opponent's hand and Bind it face-down, and when this turn's End Phase begins, return that card to their hand.[quote]
Besides the confusing change from Japanese to greek mythology (Euryale being a gorgon... but meh) This card is good for a final turn push. The potential of taking out thatperfect or 10k may make the difference up.
Gentle Jim
Attack: 10000
GentleJ im's older, far less fearsome brother. Being a mafia hitman, he can toss another bro his weapon to give that person an extra 3k at the cost of a soul blast... I find no other use for him.
Goddess of Flower Divination, Sakuya
Attack: 10000
This is a crazy good card. Upon riding, all your vgs return to your hands, allowing you to change formations and tactics at will.. at 4k for having 4 cards in your hand, this can hit pretty high behind a 7 or 9k vanguard. I find good use for her in CoCo, but she'lln work in almost any deck.
Goddess of the Full Moon, Tsukiyomi
Attack: 11000
Ah, the final piece of the Tsuki ride chain. This card has the amazing ability of cbing 2 for drawing two, then tossing something useless into the soul. That has a multitude of uses, and is a heavy hitter at 11k. Run 4 in a tsuki deck for sure
Goddess of the Sun,Amaterasu
Attack: 11000
[quote]Auto (V): (Limit Break (4), Counter Blast (2)) When this unit's attack hits a Vanguard, you may pay the cost. If you do, search your deck for up to one «Oracle Think Tank», reveal it to your opponent, put it into your hand, and shuffle your Deck.
Continuous (V): If you have a card named "CEO Amaterasu" in your Soul, this unit gets Power +2000.
Continuous (V/R): Lord (If you have a unit that doesn't belong to the same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)[quote]
The Cross ride for Amaterasu. Her LB is the ultimate +1, letting you fetch any card in your arsenal. Grab that chocolat! Grab that tom! This unit will pressure the opponent to overguard for this very reason. The on hit skill isnt as good... but oh well. Sacrifices.
Imperial Daughter
Attaak: 11k
A unique card, this vg has it's own style of playing that allows you to conserve your cards while threating a crit and plus 10k. Try her out if you're feeling bold.
Meteor Break Wizard
This was used havily back in the starting times, being able to hit that 21 k with a gemini easily. I don't see much use in him now, but feel free to for budgeted decks
Omniscient Madonna
Attack: 10 k
a g3 10 k recyclerisn't at all that good, and this one is no exception. Only run if you absolutly must
Oracle Guardian Apollon
Attack: 10k
A miniature Tsuki vg or rearguard. You can run one or two if you're lacking either or,
Scarlet Witch, CoCo
Attack:10 k
-kneels- My lady, I've finally arrived at you....
In a deck based around her, CoCo runs amazingly well. I've already mentioned the possible combination in conjuction with Lulu.Instant 2 cards at the cost of cb 2, and it allows for you to hit 21k with no soul. Trule a card among cards
Secretary Angel
Attack: 9k
See Rock witch, Gaga

Activate (R): (Move this Unit to Soul) If you have a «Oracle Think Tank» Vanguard, draw 1 card
Auto (V): At the start of your Ride Phase, look at the top 5 cards of your Deck, search for up to 1 (Goddess of the Crescent Moon, Tsukuyomi), Ride it, and send the rest of the cards to the bottom of the Deck in any order. If you rode, you cannot perform a Normal Ride for that Ride Phase.
Auto (Soul): When a Grade 3 or higher «Oracle Think Tank» appears in the Vanguard Circle, you can call this card to a Rearguard Circle.
Auto (Target 2 «Oracle Think Tank» in your Soul and send them to the Drop Zone) When this Unit appears in a Rearguard Circle from the Soul, if you have a «Oracle Think Tank» Vanguard, you can pay the cost. If you do, draw 1 card.
Auto: When you ride an «Oracle Think Tank» over this unit, you may call this card to a Rearguard Circle.
Activate (R): (Counter Blast (1), put this unit into the Soul) Look at up to 5 cards from the top of your deck, search for a grade 3 «Oracle Think Tank», show it to your opponent, and add it to your hand. Shuffle your deck.
A starter for all other types of decks, the most popular right now being Amaterasu Crossride. I never have any luck with this card.... but you might just get that Grade 3 that you sorely need
Battle Sister, Waffle
Power 5000 Shield 10000
Auto: When another ?Oracle Think Tank? rides over this unit, you may call this card to a Rearguard Circle.
Activate (R): (Counter Blast (1), put this unit into your Soul) Look at up to 3 cards from the top of your Deck, choose up to 1 card with "Battle Sister" in its card name from among them, call it to a Rearguard Circle, shuffle your deck, and that unit gets Power +2000 until the end of the turn.
With Battle Sister constantly gaining support, This is the card of choice, as it can pull out ANY card with Battle Sister in its name, and it gains a power boost.
Supple Bamboo princess, Kaguyahime
Power 4000 Shield 10000
Auto: Herald (When another unit from the same clan rides this unit, you may call it to a Rearguard Circle)
Activate (R): (Put this unit into your Soul) Choose up to one of your «Oracle Think Tank», and that unit gets Power +3000 until the end of that turn.
I'm not a big fan of this, as it waste's space for better things, but it does gain unites that rare ability to hit over 21 k
Grade 1's
Battle Sister, Vanilla
Power 6000 Shield 5000
Auto: When this Unit is called to the Guardian Circle, and you have 6 or more «Oracle Think Tank» in your Soul, during that battle, this Unit gains +5000 Shield.
I wouldn't recommend using her. A 10 k shield is nice I suppose, but you have, at the very least, 8 of those. The 6k boost is below par as well
Battle Sister, Chocolat
Power 5000 Shield: 0
Continuous: Sentinel (You may only have up to four cards with "Sentinel" in a deck)
Auto: (Choose an «Oracle Think Tank» from your hand, and discard it) When this unit is placed on the Guardian Circle, you may pay the cost. If you do, choose one of your «Oracle Think Tank» that is being attacked, and that unit cannot be hit until the end of that battle.
The Perfect Guard. In other worlds.... http://www.sodahead.com/entertainment/ryan-lochte-appears-on-30-rock-best-athlete-cameo/question-3240475/] " alt=""/>
Battle Sister, Cocoa
Power 6000 Shield 5000
Auto: When this Unit is called as a Vanguard or Rear Guard, and you have a «Oracle Think Tank» Vanguard, look at the 1 top card of your deck and choose to place it back on either the top or bottom of the deck.
Auto (V/R): When this Unit attacks, and your Hand has 4 cards or more, during that battle, this Unit gains +3000 Power.
If only this was 'when this unit boosts'a 10 k Attacker is good in some decks, mainly Zerg Rush decks, but not this deck, sadly
Battle Sister, Omelet
Power: 7000 Shield 5000
Auto (R): When this unit attacks, if you have an «Oracle Think Tank» Vanguard and no Soul, this unit gains Power +3000 for that battle.
As useless as Maple, only with the No Soul Condition.... No.
Circle Magus
Power 7000 shield 5000
Auto (V/R) : When this Unit is called as a Vanguard or Rear Guard, and you have a «Oracle Think Tank» Vanguard, look at the top card of your Deck and put it back to the top of the Deck.
This card screams 'budget' A half Oracle, as you only know whats coming, which I suppose is great for Mind Games, and the 7k booster isn't that bad either. Run if you're on a budget.
Dark Cat
Power 7000 Shield 5000
Auto: When this Unit is called to the Vanguard Circle or Rear Guard Circle, and you have a «Oracle Think Tank» Vanguard, all players may draw 1 card.
Auto : (Choose a card from your hand, and discard it) When this unit is placed on a Rearguard Circle, if you have an «Oracle Think Tank» vanguard, if you do not have any cards in your soul, you may pay the cost. If you do, draw a card.
Hmm.... Lulu... Coco... Lala... I see a pattern~! This was clearly meant for Coco, and shes a good card cycler- toss that draw trigger you got for a shot at something better a great 7k booster as well.
Goddess of The Crescent Moon, Tsukiyomi
Power 7000 Shield 5000
Auto (V): At the start of your Ride Phase, look at the top 5 cards of your Deck, search for up to 1 (Goddess of the Half Moon, Tsukuyomi), Ride it, and send the rest of the cards to the bottom of the Deck in any order. If you rode, you cannot perform a Normal Ride for that Ride Phase.
Then second piece in the Tsuki Ride Chain. Search the top 5, ride the next piece. If you you draw her later game, shes still a 7k booster / guard, so shes never useless.
Luck Bird
Power 5000 Shield 5000
Auto: (Soul Blast (2)) When this Unit is called to the Rear Guard Circle, and you have a «Oracle Think Tank» Vanguard, you may pay the cost. If paid, draw 1 card.
Auto (R): When this unit boosts an «Oracle Think Tank» and the attack hits a Vanguard, you may return this unit to your hand.
Another Budget card that can maintain card advantage, as this bounces back to your hand to be used to guard
Oracle Guardian Gemini
Power 8000 Shield 5000
The Generic 8k booster thats a must for any deck. Run 3-4
Oracle Guardian Blue-Eye
Power 5000 Shield 5000
Auto (V/R): When this Unit boosts, and you have 6 or more «Oracle Think Tank» in your Soul, Draw 1 card and choose 1 from your Hand and send it to the bottom of the Deck.
If this card had more power, it would murder in a Tsukiyomi Deck. Being able to send a trigger to your deck without shuffling is awesome... sadly, the power doesnt make it much of a threat.
Petal Fairy
Power 6000 Shield 5000
Auto (R) : (Choose 1 card from your hand and discard it) During the Battle this Unit has Boosted, when the attack hits, you may pay the cost. After that, draw 1 card.
As with Blue Eye, more power would make her a bit better. Shes an on hit Emerald Witch, LaLa, meaning you can reuse her ability to cycle the deck faster. Run if you want to chance it,
Truth Watcher
Power 6000 Shield 5000
Auto: (V/R) (Soul Blast (1)) When this Unit attacks and you have a «Oracle Think Tank» Vanguard, you may pay the cost. If paid, during that battle, this Unit gains +3000 Power.
Weather Forecaster Miss Mist
Power 6000 Shield 5000
Auto: When this Unit appears in the Guardian Circle, during a Battle in which your opponent's Grade 2 or lower Vanguard attacks, during this Battle, your "Oracle Think Tank" is not Hit.
This card wanted to be Battle Sister Chocolat when it grew up, but shes the unwanted cast out. You wont draw her in time, and your starting hand should be reserved for more useful people
Weather Girl Milk
Power 6000 Shield 5000
Auto (R): When this Unit Boosts a «Oracle Think Tank» Vanguard and your Hand has 4 or more cards, for that Battle, the Boosted Unit gains +4000 Power.
Auto: When this Unit appears in the Rearguard or Vanguard Circle, if you have an <> Vanguard, you can select 1 < > in your hand and place it in your Soul.
With The Amaterasu Crossride coming, this guy may be seeing some use. Use this guy, toss CEO in the soul, and you have an instant crossride. Up to you wether to make use of that
Grade 2s
Battle Sister, Glace
Power 8000 Shield 5000
Auto (V/R): When this Unit attacks, if you have no cards in your Soul, this unit gets Power +3000 for that battle.
Auto (V/R): When this Unit attacks, if you have no cards in your Soul, this unit gets Power +3000 for that battle.
A good choice for a souless build. Cheap too. However, due to that no soul thing, people Run Mocha over her. Run if you are budgeting
Battle Sister, Macaroon
Power 9000 Shield 5000
Auto (R): When this unit attacks, if you have a Vanguard with "Battle Sister" in its card name, this unit gets Power +3000 until the end of that battle.
Excellent if you are running a Battle Sister Build. Otherwise, don't run her.
Battle Sister, Mocha
Power 8000 Shield 5000
Glace's big sister. Better since she works with any buld, and a 11k rg is nice in front of a 7k Run 3-4Auto (V/R): When this Unit attacks, and you have 4 or more cards in your Hand, for that battle, this Unit gains +3000 Power.
Battle Sister, Tart
Power 10000 Shield 5k
A 10k Beatstick. Run if you want.
Blue Scale Deer
Power 8000 Shield 5000
Auto (V/R): (Soul Blast (2)) When this Unit's attack hits a Vanguard, and you have a «Oracle Think Tank» Vanguard, you may pay the cost. If paid, Draw 1 card.
Eh.... if she had more power, she would be great in either build, but this card just doesn't any threat to it at all.
Faithful Angel
Power 7000 Shield 5000
Auto (V/R): When this Unit attacks, and you have 6 «Oracle Think Tank» in your Soul, Draw 1, and choose 1 from your Hand and send it to the bottom of your Deck.
This card is even worse than Blue Scale Deer, 7k? 7? REALLY NOW? Thats about as threating in the attacking circle as Lala. Don't run....ever
Fighting Priestess, Tagitsuhime
Power 9000 Shield 5000
Auto (R): When this Unit attacks, if you have 6 or more <> in your Soul, this Unit gains +3000 Power during this Battle.
This card was made for Tsuki and Amaterasu. 12 beatstick= yes. Yes yes yes yes yes. Run 3-4
Goddess of the Half Moon, Tsukiyomi
Auto: When this Unit is called to the Vanguard Circle, and you have (Goddess of the Crescent Moon, Tsukuyomi) and (Godhawk, Ichibyoshi) in your Soul, you may Soul Charge (2).
Auto (V): During the start of your Ride Phase, look at the top 5 cards of your Deck, search for up to 1 (Goddess of the Full Moon, Tsukuyomi), Ride it, and send the rest of the cards to the bottom of the Deck in any order. If you rode, you cannot perform a Normal Ride for that Ride Phase.
Auto (V/R): (Counter Blast (2)) When this Unit's attack hits, and you have a «Oracle Think Tank» Vanguard, you may pay the cost. If so, draw 1 card.
I suppose in a budget deck, shes alright... although you really need to be saving your CBS for other units.
Onmyoji of the Moonlit Night
Power 8000 Shield 5000
Auto (V/R): When this Unit attacks, and your Hand has more cards than the Opponent's, for that Battle, this unit gains +3000 Power.
Auto (V/R): When this Unit's attack hits, and you have a «Oracle Think Tank» Vanguard, you may Soul Charge (1).
A card of choice in the Tsuki deck, as hat soul charge not only gets that one needed in the soul, iltll cycle the deck a tiny bit. This card forces guard.
Oracle Guardian, Shisa
Power 7000 Shield 5000
Auto (V/R): When this Unit's attack hits a Vanguard, if you have 4 or more other «Oracle Think Tank» Rearguards, draw 1 card.
See Faithful Angel
Promise Daughter
Power 9000 Shield 5000
Auto (V/R): (Select 1 "Oracle Think Tank" in your hand and discard it) When this Unit attacks, you can pay the cost. During this Battle, this Unit gains +5000 Power.
Hmm... im on the fence with her. Discarding a card for power isn't really the Oracle Way, but a 14 k attacker without the boost isnt something to scoff at... run at your own risk.
Security Guardian
Power 9000 Shield 5000
Auto: When this Unit intercepts, and you have a «Oracle Think Tank» Vanguard, during that battle, this Unit's Shield gains +5000.
a10k intercept saves on hand advantage sure... but frankly, with out incredibly big hands, we wont really need him.
Sword Dancer Angel
Power 8000 Shield 5000
Auto (V/R): When you draw a Card, during that turn, this Unit gains +1000 Power.
If it gave more power, shed be a winner. Sadly, she doesnt, so dont run her.
Silent Tom
Power 8000 Shield 5000
I'm going out of the Alphabet to save the best for last.Auto (V/R): During the battle this Unit attacks, and you have a «Oracle Think Tank» Vanguard, your Opponent cannot call a Grade 0 to the Guardian Circle.
When this unit attacks, if you have a Vanguard with "Amaterasu" in its card name, this unit gets Power +3000 until the end of that battle.
An excellent choice if you're using an Amaterasu / Crossride deck. Put behind a gemini for a 20 k attack. Useless otherwise
Rock Witch,Gaga
Attack: 7000 Shield: 5000
Auto (V/R): When this unit attacks, if you do not have any cards in your Soul, draw a card, choose a card from your hand, and put it on the bottom of your Deck.
This was clearly meant to be use in CoCo, and it WOULD have been an excellent choice if it wasn't for that horrendous 7k power.
Grade 3s
Battle Sister, Cookie.
Attack:10000
Auto (V): (Limit Break (4)) When this unit attacks a Vanguard, this unit gets Power +5000 until the end of that battle.
Auto: (Counter Blast (2)) When this unit is placed on the Vanguard Circle, you may pay the cost. If you do, draw two cards, choose a card from your hand, and discard it.
Whew, Cookie is definatly a choice for getting the power needed. Drawing card's isn't too bad either, but it's real power lies in support with Cream, which gives it an extra 5k
Battle Sister, Fromage
Attack: 10000
Activate (V): (Limit Break (4), Counter Blast (3)) If the number of your Rearguards with "Battle Sister" in their name is four or more, draw two cards.
Continuous (V): During your turn, if the number of your Rearguards with "Battle Sister" in their name is four or more, this unit gets Power +4000.
While Cookie is good, Fromage is who runs the show in an all sister deck. Drawing two cards is always lovely, and that power boots gained from all sisters is very, very nice
Battle Sister, Souflee
Attack: 10k
Auto (V/R): When an «Oracle Think Tank» boosts this unit, this unit gets Power +2000 until the end of that battle.
A rearguard of choice, being able to hit the 20 k mark eaily, and is a very viable choice in all decks. A definate run
CEO Amaterasu
Attack: 10000
Continuous (V): During your turn, when your Hand has 4 or more cards, this Unit gains +4000 Power.
Auto (V): During the start of your Main Phase, Soul Charge (1), then look at the top card of your Deck, and place it either at the top or bottom of the Deck.
Activate (V/R): (Soul Blast (, Counter Blast (5)): When this Unit's attack hits, you may pay the cost. If so, draw 5 cards.
Auto (V/R): (Soul Blast (1), & Choose one card from your hand, and discard it) When this unit attacks a Vanguard, you may pay the cost. If you do, choose one of your other «Oracle Think Tank», it gets Power +3000 until the end of that turn.
GentleJ im's older, far less fearsome brother. Being a mafia hitman, he can toss another bro his weapon to give that person an extra 3k at the cost of a soul blast... I find no other use for him.
Goddess of Flower Divination, Sakuya
Attack: 10000
Continuous (V): During your turn, if you have 4 or more cards in your Hand, this Unit gains +4000 Power.
Auto: When this Unit is called to the Vanguard Circle, send all of your «Oracle Think Tank» Rear Guards back to your Hand.
Continuous (V/R): When you don't have a (Goddess of the Half Moon, Tsukuyomi), (Goddess of the Crescent Moon, Tsukuyomi), and (Godhawk, Ichibyoshi) in your Soul, this Unit loses -2000 Power.
Activate (V): (Counterblast (2)) If you have 6 or more «Oracle Think Tank» in your Soul, draw 2 cards, and choose 1 from your Hand and send it to Soul.
Attaak: 11k
Continuous (Vanguard/Rearguard): Restraint (This Unit cannot Attack.)
Activate (Vanguard/Rearguard): (Counter Blast 1 Card, Select 1 of your other <> Rearguards and make it Soul.) During this turn, this Unit loses "Restraint".
Continuous (Vanguard): During your turn, if you have no Rearguards, this Unit gains 10000 Power and 1 Critical, and loses "Restraint"
A unique card, this vg has it's own style of playing that allows you to conserve your cards while threating a crit and plus 10k. Try her out if you're feeling bold.
Meteor Break Wizard
Auto (V/R): (Counter Blast (1)) When this Unit attacks, you may pay the cost. If paid, during that Battle, this Unit gains +3000 Power.
This was used havily back in the starting times, being able to hit that 21 k with a gemini easily. I don't see much use in him now, but feel free to for budgeted decks
Omniscient Madonna
Attack: 10 k
Auto (V/R): (Choose 1 card from your Hand and Discard it) When this Unit's attack hits, and you have a «Oracle Think Tank» Vanguard, you may pay the cost. If paid, draw 1 card.
a g3 10 k recyclerisn't at all that good, and this one is no exception. Only run if you absolutly must
Oracle Guardian Apollon
Attack: 10k
Auto (V): (Counter Blast (2)) When this Unit's attack hits, you may pay the cost. If paid, draw 2 cards, choose 1 from your Hand, send it to your Deck and shuffle that Deck.
Auto (R): (Counter Blast (2)) When this Unit's attack hits, you may pay the cost. If paid, draw 1 card.
A miniature Tsuki vg or rearguard. You can run one or two if you're lacking either or,
Scarlet Witch, CoCo
Attack:10 k
Continuous (V): During your turn, when you have no cards in your Soul, this Unit gains +3000 Power.
Auto: (Counter Blast (2)) When this Unit is called to the Vanguard Circle, and you have 1 or less cards in your Soul, you may pay the cost. If paid, draw 2 cards.
Attack: 9k
Auto (V/R): When this Unit attacks, and you have 6 «Oracle Think Tank» in your Soul, Draw 1, and choose 1 from your Hand and send it to the bottom of your Deck.
